BANANA BUNDT CAKE with CARAMEL GLAZE
1/3 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 Cups mashed ripe bananas
2 Cups flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup low fat sour cream
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition then add the Vanilla.
Add the bananas and mix well. In another bowl mix the remaining dry ingredients. Then alternately with the sour cream, and both to the creamed mixture.( just until all blended)
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.( or until knife comes out clean)
Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
Glaze with Caramel Sauce
1/2 jar caramel sauce and 2 Tablespoons of milk, heat over stove until thin. Then spoon it over the cooled cake.
